Woolmers Estate is closely monitoring the impacts and spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Due to the changing nature of the pandemic, site experiences may be amended or suspended at any time.

Woolmers Estate apologises for any disruption to guests plans, however in the interest of protecting the health and wellbeing of all guests, volunteers and staff, such changes are essential.

We thank you for your understanding.

A self guided tour of Woolmers Estate takes you on a self paced journey back through time, around the various out buildings including the Courtyard and Cellars, Walled Garden, Chapel, Store, Woolshed, Blacksmith’s Shop and Cider House. Visit the numerous buildings where convicts and ex-convicts laboured and lived, later to be joined by free workers. During the blooming season, spend time in the Rose Garden, a modern creation inspired by the French formal gardens of the 1600s.

Your tour gives one full day pass to explore and enjoy the site and includes a comprehensive self guiding booklet.

All proceeds from your admission fee contributes to the ongoing preservation, presentation, conservation and interpretation of Woolmers Estate.
