Christmas In July – Sold Out

This July, the Rose Garden Café at Woolmers Estate is putting Tasmanian winter produce at the centre of the table for Christmas in July. A crackle of conversation, the smell of slow-roasted lamb, glasses filling with the steamy spiced aroma of cinnamon mulled wine,  a proper Christmas feast awaits at the Rose Garden Café.

Every Sunday in July, across two sittings (12pm and 1pm), guests start with turkey, cranberry and pistachio terrine or a caramelised onion and pear tart, before the menu moves to Brickendon rolled lamb with parmesan herb stuffing and rustic roasted winter vegetables, finished with a classic baby plum pudding and brandy custard. Mulled wine is included on arrival for three-course guests, or available to add from the drinks menu.
