Every Mum arrives to a complimentary Mumosa, then chooses from a menu built around Tasmanian produce: a twice-baked cheese soufflé, pulled lamb shoulder with estate-made flat bread, Tasmanian Pinot poached pears, and more. Pair it all with Tasmanian wine from our cellar.
